Your intentional denial of services, failures and refusals via agency budgetary denials and rulemaking subterfuge and obfuscation, is stressing families beyond physical, emotional and financial means. State and federal tax revenue is lost due to wage earning parents quitting the workforce to perform care, while disability jobs disappear from the workforce.
